Are your catering operations halal-certified?
Yes. All Eviqex catering operations are halal-certified, with kitchens, ingredients, preparation processes and staff handling practices meeting JAKIM halal standards. Certification documentation is maintained on site and available for client inspection at any time. We also accommodate other dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan and allergen-aware menus on request.

Can you take over management of our existing canteen?
Yes. We regularly transition existing canteen operations into Eviqex management. Our team conducts a kitchen audit, reviews existing menus and supplier contracts, and proposes a transition plan that maintains meal service without disruption. We can retain existing kitchen staff or supply our own team depending on the client's preference.

Do you provide catering for corporate events and functions?
Yes. We provide event catering for internal town halls, board meetings, client entertainment and large-scale functions. Services include menu planning, food preparation, setup, live stations and full post-event clearing. Event catering can be arranged as a standalone booking or included within your Eviqex FM contract.

How is food quality and hygiene monitored?
All kitchens operate under a HACCP food safety management plan with daily temperature logs, supplier traceability records and routine hygiene audits. Our kitchen supervisors hold food handling certificates, and we conduct internal audits monthly alongside periodic third-party food safety inspections. Results are shared with clients as part of our regular service reporting.
