  • Which regulatory bodies do you manage compliance for?
    We manage compliance obligations across the main Malaysian regulatory bodies relevant to commercial buildings, including Suruhanjaya Tenaga (electrical), BOMBA (fire), DOSH (lifts, machinery and workplace safety), the Department of Environment (scheduled waste and air quality), Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (water quality) and local authority requirements. All inspection schedules, certificates and correspondence are managed and stored centrally.
  • How do you track statutory inspection due dates?
    We maintain a compliance register for each site listing every statutory requirement, the last inspection date, the due date for renewal and the responsible contractor or authority. The register is reviewed monthly and clients receive advance notice before any certificate or inspection lapses. We schedule and coordinate all inspections on your behalf and confirm completion with supporting documentation.
  • What happens if a non-compliance issue is found during an inspection?
    Non-compliance findings are escalated to the client immediately with a written report detailing the issue, the applicable regulation and the recommended remedial action. We then coordinate and manage the remediation works, arrange a re-inspection and update the compliance register once the certificate is issued. For critical safety-related findings, we treat these as urgent and mobilise remediation within the agreed SLA timeframe.
  • Can you produce compliance documentation for audits and due diligence?
    Yes. All certificates, inspection reports, test records and authority correspondence are stored in our CAFM system and can be provided in a structured compliance pack on request. This is particularly useful for property audits, ISO certification, MSOSH submissions, tenant requests or corporate due diligence exercises. We can also produce a compliance summary report covering all sites in your portfolio.
