• How often will grounds be maintained?
  Maintenance frequency is agreed at contract start based on your site type and appearance standards. Typical schedules range from weekly visits for high-footfall commercial properties to fortnightly or monthly programmes for industrial and low-use sites. We provide a written maintenance schedule and adjust it seasonally to account for Malaysia's growing conditions and rainfall patterns.
• Can you manage large multi-site or industrial grounds?
  Yes. We maintain grounds across large industrial parks, corporate campuses and multi-building developments. Our teams are equipped with commercial-grade machinery suitable for large-area grass cutting, high-reach tree work and bulk planting programmes. Multi-site contracts are managed from a single account point of contact with consolidated reporting.
• Do you offer landscaping design and new planting installation?
  Yes. Alongside routine maintenance, we provide landscape design consultancy and installation services for new developments or grounds upgrades. This includes planting scheme design, soft landscaping installation, hardscape works such as pathways and kerbing, and handover into an ongoing maintenance contract once the site is established.
• How do you manage water usage in grounds maintenance?
  We design and manage irrigation schedules to minimise water consumption without compromising plant health. This includes soil moisture monitoring, timer-controlled drip and sprinkler systems and the use of drought-tolerant plant species where appropriate. For clients with sustainability reporting requirements, we can track and report irrigation water usage as part of monthly service data.
