What does a PPM programme cover?
A Planned Preventive Maintenance programme covers all scheduled servicing, inspections and testing of your building's mechanical and electrical assets, including HVAC units, electrical panels, plumbing systems, fire equipment and more. We produce a full PPM schedule at contract start, aligned to manufacturer specs and Malaysian statutory requirements.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Response times are defined in your SLA at contract start. Typical SLAs are: Critical (affecting safety or operations) within 2 hours; Urgent within 4 hours; Routine within 24 hours. We track all response and resolution times through our CAFM system and report against them monthly.

Do you handle statutory compliance and inspections?
Yes. We manage all statutory inspections and compliance testing required under Malaysian regulations, including electrical installation inspections (EII), fire system certifications, lift inspections, water quality testing (Legionella), and air quality assessments. All certificates and records are maintained and available on request.

Can you take over maintenance from our existing provider?
Yes. We handle all transitions, including asset condition surveys, documentation handover and staff familiarisation. Our mobilisation process is structured to ensure no service gaps during the changeover period. We typically complete transitions within 30–60 days depending on scope.
