• How do you assess our current energy performance?
  We begin with an energy audit covering a review of 12 months of utility bills, a walkthrough assessment of all major energy-consuming systems including HVAC, lighting, lifts and process equipment, and an analysis of building operating hours and occupancy patterns. The audit produces a baseline energy intensity figure and a prioritised list of improvement opportunities ranked by payback period and implementation complexity.
• What level of energy savings can we realistically expect?
  Typical results from a structured energy management programme range from 10 to 25 percent reduction in energy consumption within the first 12 to 18 months, depending on the starting baseline and the measures implemented. Low-cost operational changes such as scheduling adjustments and set-point optimisation often deliver savings within weeks, while capital investment measures such as LED retrofits and chiller upgrades deliver longer-term compounding savings.
• Can you help us meet our ESG and net zero commitments?
  Yes. We provide carbon footprint calculations aligned to GHG Protocol methodology covering Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from your buildings. Monthly energy and carbon reports can be formatted to support GRI, TCFD or Bursa Malaysia sustainability reporting requirements. We also advise on renewable energy options and help clients build multi-year decarbonisation roadmaps with measurable annual milestones.
• Do you support ISO 50001 energy management certification?
  Yes. We can support clients pursuing ISO 50001 certification by establishing the energy management system documentation, setting up the energy review and baseline processes, implementing monitoring and measurement plans, and preparing the management review outputs required by the standard. We work alongside your chosen certification body and internal team throughout the certification process.
