  • What does your reception management service include?
    Our reception management service covers the full front-of-house function: staffed reception during agreed hours, visitor greeting and registration, pass issuance, host notification, telephone and switchboard management, mail and courier handling, and meeting room management. All team members are trained in client-specific procedures, presented in your preferred uniform standard and operate to agreed service scripts reflecting your brand.
  • Can your team integrate with our existing access control system?
    Yes. Our guest services staff are trained to operate third-party visitor management and access control platforms. We work with the systems already in place at your facility rather than requiring a platform change. Where clients wish to upgrade their visitor management system, we can advise on suitable solutions and manage the implementation alongside our staffed service.
  • How do you handle absences and busy periods?
    All Eviqex guest services contracts include a relief staffing plan. In the event of unplanned absence, a trained relief officer familiar with your site is mobilised, typically within two hours. For anticipated high-footfall events such as town halls, AGMs or large client visits, we pre-position additional team members at your request to ensure consistent service levels throughout.
  • How do you ensure your team reflects our brand standards?
    Before deployment, our guest services team completes a brand induction covering your company background, key contacts, service procedures and presentation standards. Ongoing quality checks are conducted through mystery visitor assessments and monthly service reviews. Uniform standards, greeting scripts and escalation protocols are all aligned to your requirements and updated whenever your brand guidelines change.
