• What types of CCTV systems do you install?
  We install IP-based CCTV systems using fixed, PTZ and fisheye cameras from leading manufacturers, networked through NVR or cloud-based video management platforms. Camera selection is based on a site survey covering coverage requirements, lighting conditions, resolution needs and storage retention periods. All systems are installed by certified technicians and commissioned with full handover documentation.
• Do you provide 24/7 remote monitoring?
  Yes. We offer 24/7 remote CCTV monitoring from our security operations centre, with alarm verification, incident logging and escalation to on-site security or the client's emergency contact as required. Monitoring can be provided as a standalone service or as part of an integrated security package combining CCTV monitoring with on-site guarding under one contract.
• Can CCTV and access control be integrated with our existing systems?
  Yes. We assess your existing infrastructure during the initial site survey and design an integration approach that connects CCTV, access control and your building management or fire alarm system where technically feasible. Integration allows events such as door forced open or tailgating to trigger camera pop-up and automatic recording, improving response times without additional staffing.
• How is recorded footage stored and kept compliant with privacy requirements?
  Footage is stored on-site via NVR or in a private cloud environment with access restricted to authorised personnel only. We configure retention periods in line with your requirements and applicable Malaysian data protection obligations under the PDPA. System access logs are maintained, and we advise on signage and CCTV usage policies to support your compliance with PDPA requirements.
